YOUR MISSION: Risk Strategy and Governance: Executing on matters such as framework review and updates, policy drafting and review as well as providing associated training and promoting awareness; Regulatory: Leading annual updates around the ICAAP; operational risk capital calculations and the adoption of new regulatory standards; Framework Integration: Ensuring that the integration of projects and change into ‘Business as Usual’ (be this a new operational risk tool or a new programme) is smooth and supported by the appropriate awareness and documentation; Risk Mitigation and Significant Event Review: Conducting ad hoc ‘deep dive’ analyses, investigations and targeted reviews asks which necessitate senior engagement, may have short deadlines and may be sensitive in nature; Risk Management representation: Participating in New Business Initiatives to provide Operational Risk expertise, deputising for the Team Head, acting as an alternate for the leads of the Core and Projects & Initiatives sub-teams, collaborating with a range of stakeholders such as Compliance, the Business, Internal Audit and Technology & Operations. DESIRED PROFILE: Excellent knowledge of Bank processes front to back with a minimum of 12 years’ experience in banking, ideally with experience in a control function (risk, audit, compliance); Strong understanding of operational risks across a number of drivers (Fraud, Process, IT Security, Information Risk, Regulatory Risk); Superlative attention to detail; experience in Management Information and reporting preferred; Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels; Flexible attitude with ability to actively re-prioritise and adjust to changing needs on an ongoing basis; Team player, independent in carrying out the assigned activities; Fluent, both orally and in writing, in French and English; Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; Knowledge of key regulations from Swiss and European perspective is an advantage; Swiss domicile preferred.
