AR Assistant H/F - 3 month temporary mission

You're an professional with a first experience in an accounting or customer service role and availabkle immediatly.

AR Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high level of customer service for questions and requests concerning invoicing
  • Respond rapidly to tickets
  • Adjust and correct data and
  • Resolve client billing issues and escalate where necessary

Your profile:

  • CFC or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of English (B2), French a plus
  • Strong service orientation
  • Detailed and precise
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Team spirit
  • First experience in a similar environment
