This position is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working within a team of four. You will be responsible for processing all customer orders accurately to ensure products arrive on time and in full to all customers as per customer requirements and expectations.

Supply Chain Coordinator

  • Accurately recording all products delivered at the warehouse and ensuring all delivery paperwork is received correctly
  • Processing all customer orders through SAP and liaising with customers and the warehouse to ensure that KPIs are consistently met
  • Liaising with Sales and Procurement teams to manage urgent stock requirements
  • Producing key performance indicator reports for the Supply Chain Manager
  • Reconciling stock reports to third party warehouse each week and promptly following up on any discrepancies
  • Notifying the Finance Director of any sales orders which exceed customer credit limits
  • Ensuring orders are processed from the earliest BBE batches and raising any potential issues with supplier dates
  • Compiling customer weekly sales reports and distributing to senior management
  • Liaising internally when preparing shipping instructions and tracking shipments
  • Assisting in tracking all international shipments within the supply chain from point of supply, up to delivery to the customer, ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved to avoid delays
  • Processing incoming and outgoing documentation
  • Making all relevant enquires to ensure import documentation is correct and compliant with current regulations

Qualifications/ExperienceEducational background in supply chain//logistics Previous experience of dealing with customers/clients and working with highly detailed informationPrevious experience of working within a complex supply chain environment in FMCG would be advantageousThorough attention to detail, comfortable working with financialsExcellent interpersonal skills - to deal with suppliers and internal colleaguesGood organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlinesGood computer skills, SAP mandatory
