YOUR MISSION: Siting in the 2nd line of defence within the Information Risk Management and Data Protection Office, be the point of contact of the Data Loss Prevention processes that will ensure key data monitoring and protection. Implement and/or maintain Data Loss Prevention discovery and protection rules; Own and maintain the DLP procedures, organise and steer DLP governance and operational forums; Monitor overall status of the DLP system to ensure proper channels and systems coverage, progress in alerts handling and remediation efforts. Manage DLP alerts, comprising running analysis and investigations with the support of Business Risk Managers within the Business lines and IT; Develop and maintain metrics (Key Performance / Risk Indicators) for measuring effectiveness of the DLP solution and reporting to key stakeholders; Develop a firm understanding of LO organisation and business operations for pro-active / efficient handling of DLP alerts; Raise awareness and provide training about information handling rules to end-users; Design and implement controls to reduce information risk and coordinate remediation actions with the support of the business; Gather and document business and security requirements, identify and define opportunities and lead the development and implementation of DLP solutions that meet business needs. DESIRED PROFILE: General knowledge of technology processes, between 2 and 5 years’ experience ideally in the financial industry and in a control function (IT risk, IT audit, etc.); University Degree in Technology, Engineering or Information Security; Basic knowledge on data protection regulation (GPDR, Swiss Data Protection Act); Passionate about information risks (IT risk, cyber-risks, information security risks); Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels and to manage conflict and influence; Capability to work on several tasks in parallel and a flexible attitude with ability to actively re-prioritise and adjust to changing needs on an ongoing basis; Strong analytical and problem solving skills, great attention to details; Willingness to be the DLP champion and own the DLP process to ensure smooth operations while ensuring security of information; Team player, independent in carrying out the assigned activities; Fluent in French and English, any other language is a plus; Communication skills – verbal and written; Swiss Domicile.
