For our client, GSK Consumer Healthcare company, we are looking for an:

HR Administrator (80-100%)

Temporary Role

Be part of and provide active support to HR Services Switzerland team delivering HR administrative support to all employees based in Switzerland (4 legal entities based in Nyon, Rotkreuz, Münchenbuchsee and Züg).

Support the HR Services team with Administrative activities. Closely collaborate with HR Advisors and Payroll team.

Your tasks

  • Drive process related to employment testimonials, follow up with people managers, act as first point of contact for the provider delivering support with testimonials creation, review and adjust the final version as per need, closely collaborate with HR Managers in view of delivering final version to employees in a timely manner and manage related HR tickets
  • Responsible for the monitoring/renewal of the work permits, in collaboration with our immigration vendor
  • Support the HR Advisors in delivering various documents to employees such as employer's certificates, work contract, addendum to work contract, and act as a backup of HR Advisors when needed on standard tasks
  • Support in responding to the phone/chat and redirect employees' queries as appropriate
  • Actively participate in daily Tier 1 meetings and to activities related to Service delivery improvement
  • Provide assistance to the broader HR team for specific projects and participate to the improvement of HR processes.
  • Managing department post mail (rotation with other team members)

Your profile

  • Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in HR Assistant/ coordinator role,
  • HR Assistant Certificate or equivalent,
  • Ideally knowledge of Workday and Remedy systems,
  • English and French fluent, German good working knowledge.
