In order to reinforce the Retail International Team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a

Retail Sales & Operations Coordinator (F/M) 100%

Profile

In this function, you are a member of the Retail International Team and ensure the flow of communication and information within the sales team and the markets on a daily basis. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Strengthen Swatch's market position by streamlining wholesale distribution and by maximizing a qualitative retail distribution
  • Follow up on renovation and new projects through retail net until physical opening
  • Coordination of Trainings for markets in collaboration with Retail Operation department

Controlling and Consolidation of Global Retail Sales

  • Support local Retail Managers in their mission
  • Support the markets in daily business
  • Link between markets and HQ
  • Ensure communication on Product, Retail, Marketing and Corporate strategy
  • Monitor and follow up on orders (watches and POS material)
  • Provide analyses, such as sell out and markets retail statistics and sales reports by distribution channel
  • Collect markets & shipment forecast and consolidate risk overview
  • Follow-up on corporate sell-out and sell-in of key collections
  • Collects POS reporting from markets
  • Calculate and issue credit notes for DME expenses to agents
  • Creating and controlling a variety of reports related to Sales, Retail POS and Retail Training
  • Ensure Product & Launch information and collection pricing accuracy for new collection launch packages
  • Liaise with markets and Swatch Group lawyers for the tracking of unfair competition and grey market issues in the region
  • Send dummies for local sales or media meetings

Professional requirements

Autonomous, proactive and responsible, in this position your flexibility, dynamism, attention to detail and organisational skills will be called upon. In liaising directly with people, your extraordinary customer service and communication skills will also be a great asset.

You bring a commercial degree with 2-5 years' work experience in a similar position. Professional qualification as a management assistant would be an advantage. In addition, you are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

Team player, open minded and with high flexibility skills, you are motivated and capable to cope with various requests at once and to work in a fast moving, ever changing environment.

Languages

In addition, you are fluent in English, German and French (Mandatory). Italian would be a plus.
