My client in the consumer goods space is looking for an HRBP with a focus on talent acquisition to join their growing HR Department. You will be responsible for taking over management of Recruitment, Benefits Administration and HR Generalist functions including: new employee on-boarding, workers compensation, employee relations, and compliance and audit activities.

  • Support the recruitment and hiring process by sourcing candidates, building talent networks, screening applications and scheduling interviews
  • Verifies employment references
  • Provides support for the maintenance of all recruiting records and documentation
  • Coordinate and participate in local and college job fairs
  • Schedule and monitor all pre-employment screenings
  • Assist in on-boarding, transfer, and off-boarding processes
  • Prepare the onboarding training session
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate new hire orientation
  • Assist the Human Resources Director with drafting new policies

Profil du candidat

    • Experience managing technical candidate pipelines
    • Fluency in English and good skills in French required
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
    • B.A. or B.S. with a strong academic record preferred
    • Must be able to multi-task and manage a robust/full pipeline with efficiency and constant attention
    • High level of interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage both active and passive candidates Considerable skill in screening, interviewing techniques, and negotiation
    • Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System
