As Head HR Business Partner (CH-West) you are responsible for all HR matters of your assigned functional areas. That includes leading HR Managers and support the line together with your team in all daily HR processes. You are the driving force behind the transformation of our HR services which means to continue building a business partnership approach, to promote employee development and our Diversity & Inclusion strategy. You will also participate in major projects at a Swiss level. This position is designed as an HR function that embraces operational and strategic challenges.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide leadership, development and coaching to the HR Managers in Romandie
  • Being responsible for the whole HR Lifecycle as an HR Business Partner
  • Acting as an autonomous supervisor for the area
  • You take an active participative role in the HR leadership team to define and successfully implement HR strategy, HR objectives and annual planning
  • Provide guidance to HR initiatives as needed and collaborate with other Head HR Business Partners across Switzerland
  • Assisting the line in resolving sensitive cases and develop guidelines & processes
  • Act as an HR ambassador and promote our collaborative working culture and respectful working atmosphere
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • You hold a Master/MAS in Human Resources Management / Business Administration with Major in HR (or equivalent combination of qualifications/experiences)
  • Confirmed HR Management and leadership experience working in a large matrixed environment
  • Expertise to build strong stakeholder relationships and acting with empathy in a service-oriented mind-set
  • Ability to navigate within a complex organization
  • Thinking pragmatic and being target oriented
  • Fluency in French and German. English is also appreciated
