We are looking for a German/French and English HR Payroll and Admin Specialist with a HR Admin and Payroll background.

You must have an excellent level of German and great skills in English and French.

Missions

Keepingorganized and on track of all HR administrative matters

Issuing of contracts and follow-up with all crew members upon guidance from HR manager

Ensuring that key information is correctly entered onto internal systems (employment dates, vacations, sickness, working hours)

Followingguidelines for inhouse and external communication sothatalways in compliancewith Swissregulations

Providing accurate and timely variable pay elements to the payroll provider

Profil du candidat

Your level of German must be C1 - your English and French's level has to be fluent.

HR Swiss certificate is a nice to have

Minimum experience: 3 years within a similar role, ideally within the service industry

Attention todetail, evenwithrepetitivetasks

Confident and approachable communicator
