Description
- Engaging with HR professionals in a potential client to understand their high level strategic challenges and objectives, as well as gaining an understanding of the details of their compensation processes;
- Discuss with people at all levels: from Head of's in a huge multinational to a junior analyst in a mid-sized company;
- Mapping the capabilities and functionality of our technology to the potential client;
- Communicating the corporate value to a potential client, including doing demonstrations, discussing details processes, and written documentation.
- Support the Sales to win new clients;
- Plan and deliver demos to meet the requirements of the potential client;
- Plan and deliver proof-of-concepts, where potentially hundreds of requirements need to be mapped to the corporate technology;
Profile
- Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
- At least 5 to 10 years, pre-sales, consulting experience or software sales experience ideally with HR interlocutors
- High quality written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal communication capabilities
- Personal drive, take initiative, being a team player and flexible; with an a proven ability to convince
- Problem solving mindset;
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility.
- Good Excel skills
- Experience in reward, compensation and/or sales commissions is a strong plus
