Payroll Specialist - Temporary mission 3 months
In this role and working closely with the Payroll manager, you will be a point of contact for employees and manage the payroll of your population.DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
- Coordinate salaries payments and bank transfer
- Support on requests related to social insurances such as AVS, family allowances, accident insurance, sickness insurance, military insurance as well as maternity insurance
- Coordinate LPP/Pension registrations and changes
- Manage sickness and accidents loss of income indemnities, coordinating with People Team, and external insurances
- Support with Global Payroll Coordination for countries out of Switzerland
- Ensure compliance with the principles and policies of the Company and with the Swiss legislation on social insurances, family allowances, tax at source, etc.
- Be point of contact to facilitate payroll troubleshooting for a wide range of payroll related questions.
- CFC Employee de commerce or similar education
- Further education in HR/payroll a plus
- At least 2 years of payroll experience
