Bank Lombard Odier & Co Ltd in Geneva is looking for a candidate to fulfil the following mission statement : YOUR MISSION: Oversight of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA): operate as a Subject Matter Expert for team members and Stakeholders alike; assist in the development and maintenance of related tools and policies; Provide ‘credible challenge’ on RCSAs completed by the Business with a view to i) ensuring they have been performed in accordance with the Group Guidelines and ii) providing a review on conclusions drawn ( control effectiveness, emerging issues, risk ratings etc.); Optimise and maintain the team’s RCSA Tracker to provide Management with ‘live status reporting’; prepare reports for the Group’s governance committees as required; Engage as required with ad-hoc projects led either by the Group Risk Management function or as risk representative on projects led by other functions/business areas. DESIRED PROFILE: Strong knowledge of Bank processes front to back with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking, ideally with experience in a control function (risk, audit, compliance); Experience in the RCSA cycle whether from the perspective of designing and implementing tools and systems or as an end user; Strong understanding of operational risks across a number of drivers (Fraud, Process, IT Security, Information Risk, Regulatory Risk); Superlative attention to detail; experience in Management Information and reporting preferred; Flexible attitude with ability to multi-task and adjust to changing needs on an ongoing basis; Team player, can work with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned activities; Strong working knowledge, both orally and in writing, of French and English; Swiss Domicile. réf. : aam If you recognise yourself in this description, then please do apply.
