Manufacturing technology engineer

We are looking for

Your Mission

  • Assure the industrialization of electronic products at the supplier (PCB, PCB assembly, AOI, ICT, integration and associated tooling, other tests)
  • Update & Design test benches for functional tests
  • Validate supplier manufacturing processes & tests
  • Define the purchasing specification and requirement for the outsourcing
  • Actively support the internal reviews, highlighting technical and process difficulties (drive Process FMEA)
  • Interact with R&D and Supply chain to find a supplier process which meets product and industrialization requirements
  • Perform product pre-cost calculation during the design and follow-up
  • Organize training of production operators
  • Search for more robust and reliable technical and technological solutions
  • Plan and execute the maintenance of production test equipment

 

Your Profile

  • University degree or equivalent in electronics manufacturing field
  • Experience in manufacturing technology > 5 years in electronics field
  • Good knowledge of electronics production and test technologies (PCB assembly, AOI, ICT, integration and the associated tooling,…)
  • Electronic test bench design skills, Hardware & Software (C#)
  • Knowledge in design to cost
  • Experience in project team work across departments
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to understand technical issues and propose practical and cost effective solution
  • Act proactively with the other departments, having always clear the milestone of a project
  • Fluency in English both verbally and in writing, mastering French verbally
