In the aim of a growing market and activities, we are looking for an experienced:

 

Medical Information Coordinator

Part of the Medical Affairs department, this role will ensure the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) coordination in Switzerland and Teoxane affiliates.

 

Key responsibilities:

Ensure that Post Marketing Surveillance (PMS) implementation at Teoxane meets the regulations at HQ and in all affiliates

  • Participate to the PMS training of Teoxane employees
  • Contribute to Safety implementation during trainings of customers (KOLs and injectors)
  • Participate in the improvement of processes, procedures, instructions, forms, tools and database in relation to the activities of the Medical Affairs Department
  • Participate on various committees (Change Board, CAPA Board, Risk Board, Quality Committee, Vigilance Committee) and audits

 

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for proactive PMS activities, especially as Medical Science Liaison (MSL) coordinator

  • Participate to MSL implementation in Teoxane Affiliates
  • Ensure the interface between the MSLs, the Medical Affairs department and other services within the company (e.g. R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medico-marketing and Marketing, Academy)
  • Participate in the development of Medical and Safety trainings dedicated to MSLs and Teoxane employees in affiliates
  • Organise meetings with KOLs to ensure the compliance with Teoxane Safety process
  • Ensure the proactive data collection in the framework of surveys (PMS surveys, clinical or marketing surveys, retroactive data collection of the workshops)
  • Act as MSL for Switzerland subsidiary or when appropriate (Quality implementation, regulatory watch, vigilance support, clinical support for IIT studies with KOLs)

 

Participate in the Medical and Safety review of marketing materials as part of marketing campaigns (promotional documentation, medical education deck), and ensure harmonized communication of the affiliates with HQ guidelines
