Client Documentation Specialist


  • Process info of deceased clients in the Client Documentation application (Blocking of account, Succession process)
  • Perform Name search
  • Manage Client visits, including preparation, amendments and finalization
  • Provide account documentation to the Wealth Management Departments and ensure on a timely manner, an irreproachable quality of work
  • Manage Account closures
  • Manage Bank's archives
  • Education: High School/ Maturité / Baccalauréat
  • Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
  • Experience in private banking: Mandatory
  • French: Fluent
  • English: Fluent
