DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
  • Manage incoming calls coming from English speaking countrys,
  • Manage goods delivery, billing, invoicing, credits, returns,
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction,
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication,
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools,
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas,
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents,
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
PROFIL ATTENDU
  • English or French mother tongue, with the second one fluent (written and spoken),
  • Customer focused and service oriented,
  • Minimum 1 year working in a customer interfacing environment, with direct customer contact,
  • Excellent telephone skills with a pleasant manner
  • Ability to adapt to all types of situations and confidently provide customers with the highest standard of service,
  • Teamworker, contribute to overall goals, participates & supports process improvement objectives,
  • Flexible & applies good analysis & judgment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks according to the changing requirements of the working day,
  • Well organized, pro-active and attentive to details,
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal & written,
  • Strong command of MS Office including Excel & Outlook,
  • Oracle is highly desirable but not mandatory,
  • Fully available for an immediate start.
