In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:


CRM Project Coordinator

You will be successful in this role by demonstrating an ability to confidently manage multiple projects and deadlines, displaying a strong service orientation, and being motivated to produce high-quality content that delivers results.

In addition, you must have the ability to work collaboratively, have a keen mind and be a strategic and adaptive team player. Professionalism and the ability to work across team disciplines (e.g., with marketing, digital, design/creative, internal, and external communications colleagues) is essential.



  • Conduct Business requirement workshops to analyze fields needs and align with CRM tools capabilities
  • Plan and implement CRM projects tools within our Markets
  • Follow up on CRM capabilities road map, implementation of new CRM technology, and the automation of system and list processes
  • Manage CRM projects implementation and roll-out following the global CRM roadmap
  • Ensures projects are executed according to the plan and are of the highest standards to support long-term relationships with clients
  • Work closely with IT and engineering teams and third-party partners to implement an appropriate data infrastructure and functionality to power the CRM activity
  • Perform and manage tests on new CRM tools and features before Go-Live
  • Perform end user training on new CRM tools and features before Go-Live and post Go-Live
  • Support Markets during Go-Lives and post CRM features implementation
  • Effectively communicate with other Sales department and Marketing teammates to understand goals, claims and guidelines
  • Leverage CRM tool animation and best practices and create communities of CRM contacts within Markets



  • You have a solid educational background (bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing communications)
  • Demonstrated CRM tools project management skills
  • Absolutely fluent in English and French. A 3rd language is a plus
  • Experience with sales force and data driven
  • Pharmaceutical industry/healthcare experience preferred but experience in other B2B, highly regulated industries considered
  • Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable to change


Skills and Competencies:

  • Must have demonstrated CRM tools project management skills, preferably Veeva and Salesforce technology
  • Experience with customer data management and segmentation
  • Works well in matrix environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Able to rapidly adapt to changing environment and circumstances
  • Well-developed analytical skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • An independent and critical thinker who is a strong, collaborative team player and fast learner
