Our Academic and Examination Boards are crucial to executing the missions of the EHL Hospitality Business School.
The Academic Board implements the appropriate academic policies to ensure the educational effectiveness of the offered programs, while the Examination Board’s main objective is to oversee all assessment-related matters and to offer innovative solutions for effective assessments.
For our Academic and Examination Boards, we are looking for an:
(Activity rate: 100%)
You will act as the person responsible for organizing and documenting meetings, liaising with members and other stakeholders of the boards.
You will participate in specific mandates given by the boards, including accreditation-related activities.
You will be the administrative point of contact between all relevant stakeholders from beginning to end, sharing and communicating key information.
You will provide the boards with relevant and timely information needed in the course of their work.
Who you are
You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
You have at least 3 years of experience in the academic sector with minute taking and management of a board and are proficient using technical tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, LMS/Moodle, etc.).
You pay attention to detail and have excellent communication skills, with a loyal and discrete personality.
You are flexible and are able to work in a team and to effectively complete autonomous tasks.
You have an excellent command of English and French (C2 level in both).
