We are looking for an HR Assistant to support the onboarding of new joiners in the company.
This is a 6 month mission starting ASAP.
HR Assistant - Onboarding
Our client is an international.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners to plan the onboarding of new hires and align expectations accordingly.
- Manage all on-boarding activities for new joiners including Induction day among others
- Responsible for Position Management in Workday and in charge of the escalation and follow up when issues occur with HR
- Manage and update HR records
- In charge of ad-hoc reports to assist the management and audit the internal system data to make sure of the quality and accuracy of the data
- Provide confidential services to your stakeholders
- Participate in developing and implementing the Department's goals and systems
Profil du candidat
- University degree in Human resources
- Customer service oriented
- Strong work ethic
- You must demonstrate versatile skills and have experience in a dynamic work environment
- Proficient in English
- International mindset
