Watches & Perfumes Social media coordinator
Main Job Objectives
You will report to the Social Media Senior Manager, within the Digital Marketing & Social Media team and you will collaborate closely with other functions, such as the VIP Entertainment Relations and PR departments, as well as key local markets.
You will travel frequently to Rome, especially to collaborate with your teammates based in locally.
In this role, you will coordinate communication projects with a special focus on Watches & Perfumes, liaising between the different counterparts to insure the adequate visibility, carefully selecting the correct social media platforms between the global platforms. You will be the key contact of Bulgari’s social media team in Neuchatel for Watches & Parfums.
Based in our Swiss headquarter in Neuchatel, you will coordinate how Watches & Parfums related topics are inserted inside the Global Social media calendar, leading innovative communication plans related to both Bulgari Watches and Parfums.
You will coordinate the live content production during Watches & Parfums related events with the support of the global social media team (videos, pictures, others), and will support the daily content creation of the Watches communication team in Neuchatel and the Global Image team for Parfums related content.
You will lead the copywriting of the Watches & Parfums sequences with our global agency, in order to insure a consistent and impactful tone of voice for the related posts. Supporting the Global social media team in the posting activities – including Instagram stories – for Watches and Parfums related posts is also part of your responsibility, especially during the live event sequences.
Finally, you will contribute to the social media team global strategy, scouting for innovative way of communicating and supporting the Analysts in creating efficient recurrent social media reports and in defining best practices.
Holder of a Master’s degree in Marketing or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and previous exposure in the Social field, preferably from agencies or similar Brands.
You have developed a strong and proven project management execution in a complex environment with ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
You are extremely organized, proactive and highly attentive to details, interested in keeping up with emerging technologies and thank you to your strong communication and negotiation skills.
You are fluent in English and Italian, and French should be a distinct advantage.
