For one of our customer, a stable and well-established international company, we're looking for a:

Pre-press support and software engineer

As a IT support & software engineer, you will be put in charge of managing a design printing software. It includes a wide range of tasks as :

• Provide remote and on-site support to customers worldwide
• On-site software installation
• User training
• Product management (release, version and issue follow-up)

Your profile

• Experienced IT Support engineer
• Experience with printing and design tools as Esko, Kodak or Agfa
• Experience in the printing industries and/or pre-press is a strong differenciator
• Experience with product management including:
  • On-site installation
  • release management
  • version control
• Willing to perform customers training on-site in different location in the world and/or remotely from the office.
• Ability and willingness to travel often abroad
• Autonomous
• Strong ability to solve problems, understand them with a global approach and propose solutions
• Good communication skills
• French / English. Other language as spanish, german is a nice-to-have
