What awaits you:
- Support teams as a facilitator, advisor, and coach to provide them with the necessary tools and resources
- Manage close relationships with employees and managers
- Actively participate in Talent Acquisition: organizing and participating in events at schools and universities, managing recruitments
- Supervise Talent Management, including monitoring the employee lifecycle
- Support managers in their leadership role through coaching and advisory sessions
- Support the Learning & Development team in the French-speaking region and actively participate in organizing and conducting training sessions
What you bring:
- Holder of a Federal Diploma as an HR Specialist or an equivalent qualification
- Comfortable with IT tools and open to new technologies
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while remaining thorough
- Flexibility and agility to manage unforeseen events and daily changes
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong solution orientation
- Oral and written communication skills, team spirit, and active collaboration
- Curiosity and desire for continuous learning to adapt to new environments
- Native French speaker, good knowledge of English, German is an asset
