We are looking for a committed and motivated personality for our office in Zurich as a
HR Generalist (m/f/d) - 80-100%
In this role, you will take on the operational and administrative HR responsibility for the assigned support area. You will competently advise employees and managers on all HR-relevant topics, ensure smooth HR administration, and actively shape the employee lifecycle – from recruitment to exit.
Your Role
Advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnel-related matters
Handling the entire personnel administration of the assigned support area
Responsible for application management (job postings, appointment coordination, interviews)
Organizing and conducting the Welcome Day as well as ensuring structured onboarding
Controlling the monthly payroll processing for the assigned support area in close cooperation with the external trustee
Maintaining and ensuring data quality in HR systems and tools (e.g., ZEP)
Active participation in various HR projects (employer branding, personnel development, etc.)
Your Profile
Completed commercial basic training and further education as a federal HR specialist or equivalent (ongoing or planned further education welcome)
Several years or initial solid professional experience in HR, especially in supporting employees and supervisors as well as in personnel administration
Good knowledge of Swiss labor law
Confident handling of MS Office applications
Performance-oriented and motivated personality who likes to take responsibility and wants to develop further
Resilient, flexible, and enjoys diverse tasks in the HR environment
High accuracy and discretion in handling sensitive employee data
Fluent German skills are mandatory, additional language skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel to our office in Buchs AG (1-2 times per week)
