Your challenge
- Record products and fees as part of onboardings and updates
- Process new products or product changes at the customer level
- Maintain fees and conditions – record, adjust or delete
- Be the contact person/expert for the front office in the area of Cost & Fees – process-wise, technically and professionally
- Support the further development of the department (e.g., digitization of Soko applications, process optimization and quality improvements)
- Advise the front office professionally and practically and support training
Your profile
- Completed banking or commercial training
- Technical flair and affinity for numbers
- Experience with tools such as Avaloq, Appway or Jira is an advantage
- Goal- and team-oriented personality with an independent, precise working style, a pronounced quality awareness and quick comprehension
- Curiosity, resilience and confident communication in German and English
