The pop e poppa family service group is a Switzerland-wide network of childcare facilities. Pop e poppa is the largest Swiss network in childcare and is an important part of supplementary family care from Geneva to Schaffhausen with daycares, playgroups, and day centers.

To complement our great team at the pop e poppa Wäsmeliwald daycare (St. Anna, Unterlöchlistrasse 21A, 6006 Lucerne), we are looking for as of January 1, 2026:

A Childcare Specialist, 20 – 50%

You bring the following:

• Completed training as a childcare specialist, early childhood educator, or HF early childhood educator
• Enjoyment of constructive parental work
• Motivation, conscientiousness, and sense of responsibility
• Solution-oriented and networked thinking
• Very good organizational skills
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
