Brand Controller Marketing Investments
CONTEXT & MISSION:
The L'Occitane brand makes major investments throughout the year to foster its international growth: recruitment activities for new consumers, promotional actions, CRM and loyalty programs, digital and social media campaigns, advertising investments (TV, radio, outdoor).
In this context, we are looking for a highly motivated Brand Controller Marketing Investments to join our Finance team in Geneva! Working closely with the international marketing team and in permanent contact with the countries' operational teams, you will be in charge of leading the marketing & promotional investments piloting process, continuously optimizing modeling and analysis tools, conducting ad hoc studies and sharing best practices.
This position is based in our Headquarters (Plan-les-Ouates), reporting to our Brand Controlling Director.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supports countries in managing & optimizing their local margin, through the implementation and use of dedicated analysis and reporting tools, while sharing the Best Practices across the main markets
• Leads the international promotional investments piloting process, in close connection with both marketing and controlling teams in key countries. He/she also develops and fine-tunes analysis, piloting and reporting tools to be used by countries, ensures the relevance of the data used by the markets, and daily supports local teams with their promotional issues
• Monitors non-promotional marketing investments (Media, CRM, digital, social networks, PR, etc.) in countries via regular reporting and the implementation of tools & processes that help markets find the right balance between their promotional (short-term) and marketing (long-term) efforts
•Integrates a "customer vision" into all the tools & processes mentioned above, through enrichment of the approaches used today (by channel, product category, campaign, etc.) to help improve our customer database's CLV ("Consumer Lifetime Value ")
HOW YOU CAN FIT:

Master's degree in Finance or Controlling with at least 5 years' experience in a controlling function, ideally in an operational / marketing / sales context

Previous experience within an international, multi-cultural environment and very good communication skills

Strong interest in all topics relating to marketing/promotions

English fluent (French is a big plus)

Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel

Mastering of BI-type reporting tools (Cognos, Tableau), TM1, SAP BPC is a big plus
