EU Corporate Finance, Administration and Payroll assistant 50%
Job responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative office activities and tasks, and CFO administrative supporting;
- Support of various admin and HR specialist activities, in particular in social
insurance, leave of absences;
- Perform daily accounting activities timely and accurately;
- Prepare cash ledger according to cash reimbursement, cash box replenishment;
- Reception and support of guests, acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls;
- Management of conference rooms and catering of meetings.
Job Requirements:
- Successfully completed commercial training with organizational talent;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Proficient in English and French in both oral and written;
- Experienced handling of MS Office applications;
- Reliability and careful operation;
- Experience in a multi-national company will be preferred;
- Full-time bachelor’s degree or above.
