Your missions:

As the assistant manager of a high volume point of sale, you will help the manager:

• Coordinate and manage all the activities of the Villereuse restaurant, according to the standards of the company.

• Coordinate the recruitment, training, planning and supervision of the point of sale personnel.

• Guarantee the impeccable hygiene of the restaurant as well as the staff, in accordance with the standards of the company and the legal provisions in force.

• Guarantee product quality and customer satisfaction standards.

 

Your profile:

• Young & dynamic

• Professional experience in hospitality (min. 2 years)

• Hospitality/business management training (ideal)

• Ability to work in English and French

Job position specifics:

• You will be reporting to the managing partner - operations (Elsa).

• We work as a team to cover all opening hours, which implies that your position will require some early morning/evening/weekend duties, on a team rotation basis.

• Your work will be located at Villereuse and/or Nations in Geneva
