Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was established in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue at Pelikanplatz impresses with its unique design, offering the option to dine on-site or select sushi boxes from a large display cabinet to take away. Negishi features a boulevard area and has over 50 seats.

To complement our warm and well-coordinated team, we are looking for a motivated

Service Staff (a) 60%

Your diverse tasks:

• Active guest care 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

• Managing a service station including cash handling 📝

• Preparing and checking the mise en place 🍴

• Settling your own sales 💰

• General cleaning duties🧹

Your talents & experience:

• Ideally, you have already gained experience in service 🍷

• You enjoy your role and interacting with guests 🤝

• You are flexible and resilient 🤸‍♀️

• Your organisational skills are in demand 📋

• Good spoken German skills are required 🗣️
