Office Generalist 80 + 100% (Starbuks Coffee)

To strengthen the current organization, we are recruiting an

Office Generalist 80 – 100%

This position will perform a wide variety of tasks throughout the day, often needing to change directions at a moment’s notice:

  • Manage phone calls and correspondence including incoming/outgoing post/emails and answer simple questions
  • Coordinating meetings, video conferences, managing calendars
  • Organization of business travels, local events and monthly birthday celebrations incl. booking of rooms and facilities
  • Making sure the coffee bar and lounge area are kept clean and organized at all times
  • Running the office smoothly - that includes purchasing office supplies/equipment and maintaining proper stock levels (incl. food/drinks) and placing hardware orders (laptop, office telephones and mobiles)
  • Managing facility maintenance and coordination with building managers to fix any issues in a timely manner
  • General administrative support (keeping petty cash), review office invoices, processing of invoices and expense management

Qualifications and Interpersonal skills required for the position:

  • Expérience comme employé/e de bureau, assistant/e administrative/fe ou dans un rôle similaire (i.e. hôtel / reception / front desk / etc.).
  • Capable de travailler de manière indépendante dans un environnement commercial international très exigeans
  • Bonnes capacités d'organisation et de communication avec un grand souci du détail et de la précision
  • Personnalité motivée, calme, flexible et fiable - capable d'organiser des activités complexes
  • Un esprit d'équipe positif et optimiste qui contribue au bon déroulement des activités
  • Très bonnes compétences informatiques, y compris Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Miro logiciel de collaboration c’est une avantage et des systèmes de téléphonie/conference comme Microsoft Teams
  • Français langue maternelle, Anglais écrit et parlé ( min B2)
  • La connaissance des services de restauration à Lausanne sera un grand avantage
  • Successful office generalist candidates should be familiar with the following tools: Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook), Microsoft Teams
