IT Support (L1-L2)

We are seeking a Trade Floor Support Team Member in Geneva. As part of the team, your primary responsibility will be to provide maintenance and support for a global desktop and VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) environment. You will serve as the first point of contact for users via telephone and instant messaging channels.

Description

• Administer VMWare Horizon VDI environment.
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration.
• Perform Active Directory administration.
• Handle Microsoft Exchange administration.
• Deploy software using MECM and Intune.
• Provide direct support for client applications and hardware, including:
  • Windows 10 and MAC OS.
  • Office 2016 and Office 365.
  • Bloomberg and Market Data Support.
  • TCP/IP (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Miscellaneous third-party tools.
  • In-house built Excel add-ins and applications.
  • Hardware such as HP workstations, laptops, tablets, and printers.
• Assist with new user setups, hardware installations, permissions, and application testing during office moves.
• Create and maintain IT documentation.
• Proactively monitor the desktop environment using various tools.
• Offer "White Glove" support to traders and VIP clients.

Profile

• Trading environment exposure.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Windows 10 and MAC OS.
• Office 2016 and Office 365.
• Bloomberg and Market Data Support.
• TCP/IP (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
