The mission of the Marketing Manager is to strengthen the organization’s market position and accelerate the success of its Graduate and Executive Education programs. This role drives performance across the full marketing funnel by generating, qualifying, nurturing, and converting leads through integrated 360° campaigns. By applying a creative and data-driven approach, the Marketing Manager executes strategies that enhance digital touchpoints, optimize ROI, and deliver impactful go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with product, sales, and communications teams.
What will you do?
- Execute and oversee 360° integrated marketing and communication campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Monitor the marketing and sales funnel, delivering actionable, data-driven insights to enhance program performance.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new programs and market segments.
- Collaborate closely with sales and recruitment teams to align lead generation, qualification, and conversion efforts.
- Design and maintain lead engagement and conversion tools (e.g., chatbots, landing pages, quizzes) to optimize the customer journey.
- Track and manage marketing spend, recommending strategies to maximize ROI, efficiency, and campaign effectiveness.
Who you are?
- You have a Master degree or a certification in Digital Marketing.
- You have 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- You have strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot), and CMS.
- You have the ability to analyze marketing data, interpret metrics, and generate actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
- You have expertise in operational marketing project management to run and monitor omnichannel strategies.
- You are creative, adaptable, and an effective problem solver.
- You are proficient in English (C2), French is a plus.
