Strategic Buyer (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Development and expansion of strategic procurement with a focus on supplier management, sourcing, and contract management
- Development and implementation of purchasing strategies for technical and infrastructural product groups in the energy sector
- Conducting supplier evaluations and developments in collaboration with stakeholders
- Implementation of standardized and digitized solutions in the area of sourcing and supplier management
- Support of procurement projects primarily in the areas of construction and network technology, plant engineering, and renewable energies
- Independent execution of tenders, price negotiations, and contract conclusions in the regulated (IVöB) and non-regulated areas
- Establishment of effective and structured collaboration with stakeholders in the area of tender and contract management
- Development of internal SLAs, KPIs, and reporting for strategic procurement
Your Qualities
- Successfully completed business and/or technical training or studies (HF/FH), federal diploma as a buyer or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in strategic purchasing, preferably in a technical-industrial environment
- Experience in construction and/or energy sector, public procurement law, and contract management under Swiss law is a great advantage
- All-rounder mentality: You think strategically, act pragmatically, and keep an overview even in complex projects
- High negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills
- Ideally, you have experience with MS Dynamics D365 and Business Spend Management solutions
- You also bring very good German and business-fluent English skills
