About the job

For the operational management of home treatment for children and adolescents, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as

• You ensure the professional, personnel, and economic management of home treatment according to institutional guidelines and goals under medical overall management
• You personally take on case management and lead the interdisciplinary treatment team
• You recruit new employees, support, develop, and qualify your team
• You cooperate closely with other clinics of the PDAG, partner institutions, schools, as well as possibly outpatient practices and coordinate collaboration with the involved support systems
• You are responsible for treatment documentation and final reports

• You have a university degree in psychology at the master's level
• You have solid clinical experience in child and adolescent psychiatry and are an accredited specialist psychologist
• Ideally, you have experience and knowledge in outreach work or are motivated to acquire knowledge in this treatment offer
• Ideally, you have leadership experience
• You are interested in a future-oriented treatment offer, are professionally and personally open-minded, approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, and enjoy networked work
• You are resilient, have good work organization, and a sense for the families entrusted to you
• You have a category B driving license and are willing to actively visit families in the canton of Aargau with a company vehicle
