IT Support ASAP
Your objectives include troubleshooting hardware and software problems responding to user requests for assistance in a timely and efficient manner. Monitoring network activity, performing routine maintenance tasks, and conducting regular backups to avoid data loss. You will also seek ways to improve our organization and IT infrastructure and processes, such as identifying and addressing recurring issues or recommending new technologies that could improve efficiency and productivity. You will be working closely with the whole IT department and reporting to the CTO.
Your Responsibilities
- N1 and N2 support for all user questions operating as a helpdesk in an Apple environment with Microsoft office / Outlook, iPad, iPhone, MacBook
- Configuration, installation and deployment of Mac, iPad, iPhone
- Managing the IT hardware stock and order new items when needed
- Technical documentation of changes made and user documentation if required
- Training users on Apple product functions and business applications
- On-site support with the possibility of occasional international travel

Qualifications and Profile
- Successful experience in Level 1 and 2 support environments (mandatory)
- JAMF Pro advanced level (mandatory)
- Ability to support users with limited IT skills
- Well organized, strong multi-tasker, and works efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Very good analytical skills and ability to make suggestions
- Experience in using a ticketing tool
- Knowledge of how a network works with different layers
- Programming
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good communications skills (verbal and written) in English and French, other languages a plus
- Swiss/UE passport
- Driving license
