Senior Marketing Manager
JOB FUNCTIONS
- Ensure the development of country marketing strategy, marketing priorities and execution plans
- Formulate annual consumer insight pipeline on country level
- Digital and Delivery: Drive Digital growth through owned assets, develop regional Digital roadmap and control the execution jointly with Digital development manager. Support FZs with launch of Website and App. Develop delivery channel marketing strategy and tactics.
- NPD: Work out annual NPD plans jointly with FZs and NPD manager
- New markets entry: Responsible for consumer insights, competition analysis and market intelligence, development of marketing plans (menu, pricing, marketing calendar), support FZs on development of media strategy & communication plans
- Sales and marketing performance analyses
- Leads BEST PRACTISE sharing within the region. Guarantee strategic counseling for all FZ partners, enforce level of collaboration with FZ community allowing true exchange platform.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree (Marketing/Economy/Market Research/Social Science)
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Advanced command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing in a global/leading FMCG / HORECA / RETAIL
- Preferably role as a Marketing Manager (senior), with ability to independently initiate and lead processes A-Z
- Brand Management leading multi-functional teams
- Proven experience in launching brands
- Proven experience with large budgets and extensive relationships with advertising agencies
