For our four-person team in the Hardgoods Run & Train purchasing department, we are looking for a motivated, independent personality as a purchasing assistant, who actively supports the buyer, starting immediately or by arrangement.
In this role, you can bring in your affinity for sports and are responsible for all back-office tasks in the purchasing area, thus ensuring optimal product supply for the sales outlets. The focus of the product group to be managed is in the Hardgoods Run & Train area.Responsibilities:

- Operational support of the buyer in procurement and planning
- Further development and continuous optimization of product distribution in cooperation with the inventory management department
- Article entry and order creation
- Main responsibility for goods receipt and distribution
- Supplier correspondence
- Ensuring product information and visibility in the online shop
- Depending on suitability and interest, further challenging tasks await you, such as assisting with assortment selection, clearance, or similar
- You have successfully completed training in the commercial sector or retail
- You already have 2-3 years of professional experience after your training as well as interest in purchasing and sports
- MS Office skills, especially Excel, are no problem for you
- Flawless German skills as well as basic spoken French skills
- We are looking for a personality with analytical skills and a flair for numbers
- You are also committed, independent, and like to support the team
