Beauty Advisor - Morges, Montreux

 

 

In your job you will be responsible for providing excellent advice to our end customers / clients and for selling our luxurious products.

 

 

 

YOUR TASKS:  

 

• Representation of La Prairie brand, its values and vision


• Providing competent and professional advice to our discerning local and international customers at the store


• Understanding customer needs through active listening


• Explaining and demonstrating products and application methods through La Prairie Art of Service and Art of Beauty rituals


• Pampering clients through our unique and luxurious short treatments


• Communicate La Prairie brand history, innovation expertise and values through storytelling


• Building a loyal customer base and actively nurturing these valuable customer relationships


• Carrying out customer loyalty activities (CRM) and collecting and maintaining customer data


• Continuous monitoring of target achievement and close exchange with the Retail Manager


• Ensuring the implementation of our visual merchandising guidelines

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• Strong passion for retail and the luxury industry


• Several years of experience in dealing with and advising discerning customers in the luxury industry


• Solid professional experience in selling high-end products or services and building and maintaining the corresponding customer relationships


• Strong orientation towards the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets


• Experience in working with a customer loyalty program


• Professional, team-oriented and motivated personality


• Experienced in the use of MS Office


• Well-mannered expression in very good French and English

 

Place of work / work quota: 50% at Amavita in Morges and 50% at Amavita in Montreaux
