- Leading the reception team & responsibility for the entire reception area
- Assisting with the acceptance and processing of reservations
- Coordinating and defining workflows, creating work schedules

- has solid experience at the hotel reception
- possesses great warmth and empathy
- has a quick grasp and a healthy stress tolerance
- is motivated to ensure our international guests have a pleasant stay

- is a native Swiss German speaker or speaks German very well
- speaks English well
Additional foreign languages as well as knowledge of the hotel software PROTEL are an advantage.
