We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate our team’s success in delivering value and respond to the various needs of our job seekers. The successful candidate must have a deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies applied within software development teams.

Your skills

5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role in a scaled environment
A deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
Experienced in working with OKRs
Experience in working with software development teams
Very good communication skills verbal and written in English
Knowledge of German or French is an advantage

Your Tasks

Leading the Scrum process and providing guidance on Agile principles, practices and values with the job seekers business area
Facilitating Daily Scrum meetings, Backlog Refinements, Sprint Plannings, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
Working closely with the Product Managers and Scrum teams to ensure that the product backlog and sprint board is well maintained, prioritized, and understood by the teams
Working with the Scrum teams to identify and remove impediments
Ensuring that the Scrum teams are focused on delivering customer value
Supporting the management team in planning area OKRs on a quarterly cycle
