To strengthen our production department, we are looking for a

SMD Operator Electronics and Production 100%

We are seeking an experienced, independent and team-oriented individual with a high quality awareness and a clean and precise working method.

Your main tasks include:

• Preparing and setting up components on feeders of the SMD placement machine
• Manual placement of THT components
• Operation and process monitoring of the SMD placement machine FOX from Essemtec
• Pre-alignment/programming of the assembled printed circuit boards
• Quality control of first sample printed circuit boards
• Replenishment and repair of printed circuit boards
• Management of the component warehouse
• Assembly of finished products is part of your duties
• Support in the continuous optimisation of work processes

You bring with you:

• A completed vocational training in a technical field (mechanical and electronic basic training)
• Several years of experience in manual soldering of THT components (must)
• Technical interest and, ideally, practical experience in operating and programming SMD placement machines
• Very good German language skills
• IT skills (Word, Excel) are an advantage
• Systematic, precise and independent working style
• Reliable and conscientious personality
• You enjoy working in a team
