On behalf of our client, a leading trading institution in Switzerland, we are looking for an IT Support Specialist, with proven experience in support level 1&2. Are you a passionate IT Support Specialist who is looking for a new and exciting challenge? If yes, then please have a look at the details below:

Main responsibilities:

• Provide support to end users both remotely and on sites when necessary.
• Manage the ticketing platform and ensure good resolution of incidents
• Ensure availability of both hardware, software and services requirements and needs for worldwide employees

The skills and experience needed for these positions are:

• 3+ years' experience in IT support
• Strong IT skills, including excellent knowledge of vMware / Windows server / Ms SQL
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Fluency in English (min b2)

Contract: permanent at 100%

Location: Neuchâtel region
