Thank you for your interest in a position at our renowned Choppiger practice in Koppigen/Bern.
We look forward to welcoming you as a potential new member of our team! Starting immediately or by arrangement, we are seeking an experienced MPA EFZ with a workload of 50-70%, who will take on the role of Medical Practice Assistant together with an experienced colleague, co-managing our practice location.

The practice is located in close proximity to the St. Niklaus residential and nursing home in a modern new building. The practice is wheelchair accessible and has ample parking spaces.
Qualities We Expect
- As an MPA EFZ, you ideally have at least two years of professional experience and want to take the next step in your career development.
- You independently carry out vaccinations, blood draws, and other diagnostic activities.
- You competently assist during consultations.
- You work reliably in the laboratory and the practice pharmacy.
- You manage the agenda and medical records electronically.
- You enjoy interacting with patients of all ages.
- You work in a structured, reliable manner and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You bring organisational talent, a sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of teamwork.
- You have an open communication style.
- You are interested in organisational tasks and want to develop beyond the classic MPA role. In the co-management function, you work closely with an experienced MPA at the location as well as with our practice coordination. Responsibility is shared, and tasks are sensibly distributed across several shoulders.

Who We Are
