Sales Field Representative 90%-100% (Region BE/SO/FR/Mittelland)
What you will achieve
As part of our sales team, you are the first point of contact for your customers on site. Your tasks include active sales, acquisition, maintenance and advice regarding the product range, finding the optimal distribution channel as well as optimal applications and recipes. You inform the customer about the price and condition models and negotiate these together with the Head of Sales. Internally, you support us with tastings, new product launches and the further development of the product range through information and your market experience. The range of tasks is rounded off by representing our company at external events (trade fairs, association events).
Your profile
– Flair and training in the food sector
– Ideally training in the bakery-confectionery or pastry sector
– Open, communicative and sales-oriented personality
– Experience in sales
– Organised working method and networked thinking
– Experienced user of MS Office products, ERP Business Central is an advantage
– Foreign language skills are a plus (especially French, Italian, English)
