and polysport in the versatile multipurpose halls as well as gastronomy and hotel services. For our lively operation, we offer a varied and
exciting apprenticeship in the gastronomy sector starting summer 2026.

Apprenticeship as Cook EFZ

Is cooking your passion and do you enjoy creating new dishes? Do you have an eye for detail, are creative, and keep an overview even in hectic situations? Then we are looking for you.

Under expert supervision, you will get to know the gastronomy business, new food trends, and the tasks in the kitchen.

You will learn with us
· Preparation of hot and cold dishes as well as desserts
· Mise en place at all stations
· Use of modern work equipment and professional kitchen technology
· Developing menu proposals
· Stylishly arranging and presenting dishes
· Receiving food and proper storage
· Quality controls
· Compliance with hygienic guidelines according to HACCP

Your profile
· Enjoyment of food and cooking
· Creative, team-oriented, and high sense of responsibility
· Resilience and good physical condition
· Willingness to work irregular hours and on weekends and public holidays
· Good manners
· Very good German skills
