Your area of responsibility
- You are responsible for handling written and telephone requests from clients, partners, advisors, and insured persons regarding contracts, changes, insurance benefits, and taxation
- In direct contact with brokers and their advisors, you actively contribute to creating and maintaining personalized relationships
- The complete management of occupational benefits files - from affiliation to exit - is part of your tasks, including changes, buybacks, divorce cases, retirement, death, or promotion of home ownership
- You ensure the follow-up of invoicing and intervene in the handling of contentious files
- Thanks to your ability to identify specific needs, you forward personalized advisory requests to the sales teams, thus contributing to business development
Your strengths
- A solid commercial training as well as excellent mastery of MS Office form the basis of your profile
- Confirmed experience in the field of occupational benefits allows you to handle files with expertise
- French is your mother tongue or you master it perfectly both orally and in writing; knowledge of German or English is an additional asset
- Comfortable with digital tools, you use modern IT solutions with ease
- Your work is characterized by your rigor, sense of organization and service, ease of communication, autonomy, and team spirit
