Location: Sion or Bellikon
Main tasks
With a close collaboration and as a sparring partner, you support and consult the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to define, implement and execute IT Governance practices, and more specifically:
- Support the definition and execute the IT strategy and enterprise architecture
- Identify potential for optimization in workflows and processes
- Consultant / sparring partner for the implementation of the budget and investments
- Define and implement standards for the whole lifecycle of Services and Projects
- Lead:
o Definition and implementation of reporting (KPI) on execution of strategy, projects and services
o IT financial controlling, i.e. for internal and external costs, plan vs. build vs run, service costs, licensing
o Service portfolio management
o Knowledge management
o Vendor management
o Support transformation initiatives
o Implement and establish close business partnering
o Introduce and establish Demand Management
What we expect
- Native speaker French or German, with good knowledge of the other language, and good knowledge of English
- Management experience and/or completed FH/University studies (mandatory)
- Higher technical education and/or further education in management training and business administration or digitalization (wished)
- Several years of experience in a staff function or leading position, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Excellent skills in Microsoft office suite
- Very good knowledge in organization and coordination of teams, meetings
- Skilled in lateral leadership
- Experience in management of challenging projects as well as in Service Management activities (SLA, cost structures, measurement of service quality)
- Sound knowledge of business models
- Very high communication skills with corresponding negotiation skills and assertiveness
- High level of leadership skills
- Ability to analyze in a structured manner and implement solutions consistently
- Interdisciplinary problem-solving skills and understanding
- Great capacity for introspection
- Stress resistance
- Regular presence in both locations Sion and Bellikon with willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland
