How you can make an impact

• You will be part of the leadership team of a multinational company in the mining and commodities industry with headquarters in Switzerland and listed in the UK
• You will lead audit reviews of transactions related to acquisitions and divestitures as well as complex financing structures
• You will leverage your experience on large group audits to deliver high quality audit oversight over component teams throughout the world
• You will be part of a large diverse team that operates in English
• You will leverage market-leading analytical tools and technologies to help our client and our team approach challenges in increasingly innovative ways
• You will strengthen client relationships and generate additional engagement opportunities through excellent quality, timely execution and a strategic approach to service delivery

Who we are looking for 

• 3-7 years external audit experience under International Auditing Standards, preferably at one of the Big 4
• Experience in mining and/or commodity trading (unipac)
• Experience on FTSE 100 audits (or equivalent), including group audits and group components oversight
• CPA license (Swiss or UK) or equivalent
• Strong expertise of IFRS standards
• Experience in Internal Controls Framework assessment, including experience in testing of operating effectiveness of controls and group controls aggregation analysis in context of controls compliance reporting to regulator
• Knowledge and experience with UK corporate governance requirements, including past experience with UK statutory audits and/or reporting to a UK-based group auditor
• SOX compliance
