Your tasks:
- Responsibility for SLA execution mainly in portfolio objects (surfaces, office, operation; common areas and owners, infrastructure and technology
- Responsibility for proper service delivery (seamless service, innovation, economic aspects related to the site)
- Main contact for users and the client
- Supervise and control internal and external maintenance activities
- Control the cleaning service and issue additional mandates
- Ensure the proper operation of the objects
- Actively participate in team activities and support colleagues
- Perform technical control rounds and simple minor maintenance
- Enter monthly hours in the Studen tool system - > Time@ISS
- Anticipate budget overruns, notify the superior and propose developments or improvements regarding the tasks performed
- Management of small extension and renovation projects
- Preparation of specifications intended for companies/suppliers
- Receive work through protocols
- Management of offers, preparation of project proposals and implementation
- Identify maintenance and renovation needs, initiate necessary measures (LCM-MJP)
- Record, detect energy deviations and, in case of significant delta, provide explanations -> compliant entry (KPI)
- Prepare, arrange and update documents for audits and assist in them
- Independently carry out assigned tasks in compliance with existing standards, guidelines and processes
- According to ISS Switzerland competence regulations
Your profile:
Mandatory electrician CFC
Mandatory OIBT 15
Mandatory driving license
Several years of proven experience in a similar position in the service sector
Experience in managing small construction sites
Team management skills
Fluency in spoken and written French
Knowledge of English and/or German – an asset
Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office) and other team management tools
