With 1500 employees from more than 30 countries and cultures working at 14 sites, Skyguide provides air traffic control services for Switzerland and parts of neighbouring countries. In 2020, Skyguide safely and efficiently guided around 0.5 million (in previous years around 1.3 million) civil and military aircraft through the busiest airspace in Europe. Why not join our team? Air Traffic Controller West 80-100%
We continuously recruit Air Traffic Controllers for our Area, Approach and Tower Control units in Geneva.
Tasks:
- Management of air traffic in the allocated airspace in accordance with procedures and regulations
- Ensuring a safe, fluid and efficient air navigation service
- Communication and coordination with the pilots as well as other sectors and air traffic control centers
Profile:
- Holder of a current ATCO license (preferably recognized by EASA) with valid ACS, APS and/or ADI rating(s)
- A minimum of 3 years' operations experience as an Air Traffic Controller in a high density/complexity operational environment
- A valid Air Traffic Control medical certificate
- At least ICAO Level 4 language proficiency in English
- At least B2 level in spoken French required upon taking up the job
- Willingness and high motivation to successfully complete the required unit endorsement training courses
